Our MISSION
The mission of Jordan River is to introduce individuals to different streams of support that will aide in altering conditions for the better. We believe in involving our consumers in the development of the treatment plan and equipping them with tools needed to catapult change
WHO ARE WE
Jordan River Support Services is a goal-directed training service provided to adolescents and adults (age 10-18; 21 and older) to enable individuals to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. JRSS staff will provide mentoring services, independent-living skills, and psycho-educational skills to assist the individual to live their best life within the community.

JRSS was founded by a local resident with a heart for the community: Christopher Carter. I can say, from personal experience, that mentoring can affect positive change in our youth’s social, mental, emotional, and educational development. I have experienced these positive changes firsthand. As a product of a genuine and caring mentor, I know that mentoring services are not only helpful, but in some cases, necessary.
